Had to bake the thread to get to say this.
Its kinda obvious from Prowler Futility:

I'd really love to be a fly on the wall when someone told the vehicle team that you cant use ATLS when its in a cargo grid.
Hey, at least they will (99% certainty) buff its guns to Prowler-level(before next thursday but I'm guessing already tomorrow.), making it a decent heavy fighter.
