itt: chili recipes, post yours

mine
>beef, diced onion, kinder's chili powder
>add in can of black beans, red beans, and green chilis
>simmer for an hour, make it consistency of stew
>cheese on top, nothing else
simple as, costs maybe $15 and lasts 3 days
I've also been making this for 4 years and wanna spice it up but I'm autistic and have zero creativity
