He comes with two heads - his normal one with a hinged jaw, and one with the jaw permanently sculpted wide open so you can attach his fire breath accessory. It doesn't really stay in his mouth too well, though, and falls over under its own weight unless it's leaning on something. He also has a flaming collar and a neat sword.
