It depends on your use case and your smartphone. If you have an iPhone, just get an iPad A16, if you need more power go with a M2 iPad Air, you don't need more power than that on a tablet. If you have an Android, I'd just go with Samsung, they make the best ones, so if you want something budget for basic tasks get the A9 Plus, if you need more get the S10 FE, more? S10 Plus.
