does Haynes ever get anything wrong?
pic rel shows the cooling fan relay to be the "rear most" or closest to firewall on the bank of three relays.
but in my Haynes manual the wiring diagram for the engine cooling fan and the listed colours of its four wires are actually going the relay on the other end of the bank in my car.
taking out a relay looks like a massive pain too, there's a metal bracket in the way which i've already unbolted but not coming off.
