I don't think you can actually read any of that PDF of their (CCRU) collected works without hearing Valle out first.
Valle is a French UFO researcher with a specific interest in "high strangeness" cases, basically UFOs/close encounters where "ayyys" doesn't make any sense even if you believe everything the witness tells you is true.
He came to the conclusion people had basically willed these things into existence via "muh consciousness"/The Matrix logic. This was back in the 70s.
CCRU/Land credit him as a major influence on several occasions, including in the collected works right at the beginning. And it appears in Lands stuff right before he goes schizo mode.
