either way it would make sense that every seat member would either gain a unique weapon on their own or be given one on earning their seat title, leisault makes a mention of the blade in his uptie and ryoshu comments on it herself
its very likely that the forming of these weapons or their specialty has some relation to how members of the pinky become members
