Discounting EU and China, Russia cam't do much while the US can land in Russian Siberian coast and get bogged down by unbelievably shitty supply lines, terrible climate and terrain and local troops accustomed to the region. Land on European part of Russia would be a suicide mission.
Including everyone else is a pointless endeavour as there is no way to account dor all of the variables.
