There are exceptions that cover anyone here. Before there was debate about constitutional rights being "God given" but since all this started, it's more clearly defined as man given and only applied when convenient. Debating from a constitutionalist standpoint isn't done any more because the parts that include everyone, even illegals, are being openly ignored.
