Doom Hammer (https://bg3.wiki/wiki/Doom_Hammer) is a 100% chance to apply Bone Chilled, which may or may not be too cheesy for your standards, but some form of cheese is acceptable on a solo run, I think. Use a Scroll of Magic Weapon, since the Apostle is resistant to non-magical bludgeoning. Unfortunately, it's a weapon found in Act 1, so that won't help you on this run. The necromites grant a free Action with Bloodlust, so you can theoretically maintain 3 attacks per round as long as you can one-tap one nearby. Aside from that, you really want to buff Aylin and let her do some heavy lifting. She should be Hasted and under the effect of an elixir. Protection from Evil and Good is clutch against the Apostle (the target cannot be frightened, Undead have Disadvantage on attack rolls against it), and Rangers can cast it once per long rest with Keeper of the Veil.
