What the hell are you talking about? It's literally FO1 with all of the FO2 QoL updates, plus some very minor (cut) content additions and some thoughtful new content added in (bike for example, some FO2 weapons, hero appearance companion armor mod, a few restored characters here and there etc.). Other than that it maps to Fallout 1 perfectly, it's exactly the same.
