The wheelchair guy had manual aim plasma cannons, and he was a god at aiming them. Didn't do much of anything because all the missile boater did was overboost cancel (spamming A and D while in overboost to move more efficiently and faster) away at even the slightest bit of HP advantage.
To the point where even the plasma cannons couldn't reach him. It was disgusting.
