this moment is scarier than anything from a game like RE4

>start a level in one of the scariest looking desert in video games
>your best friend gets kidnapped
>fall down a hole and encounter flesh eating enemies that cant be damaged in a franchise where you can damage literally anything
>all you can do is run from them in their deep flesh eating dungeon while scary music plays everytime you run into them
>you literally get damaged just by touching their bodies
>they threaten to do horrible torturous and gruesome stuff to you while you hide and run away from them
>the final part before the boss requires you to stand at a dead end and wait till a whole group of them approach you triggering the floor to collapse
>however most people didnt know this and would just turn off the console before they approached you
>so scary that most people didnt beat rayman 3 because they would give up at this part out of fear

what the fuck was ubisoft thinking? Half the time ive ever talked to someone, they would say how they could never pass this scary area. THIS IS A KIDS GAME WHAT THE FUCK
