For Roy's sake, search for Meesoft Image Analyzer and download it, paste the picture and click in Color Correction > Color Balance and Curves, or Color Mapper, and play with the Exposure sliders, Midtone sliders, and color models, so you can know how filters and tints work.
Depending on the color temperature you will hallucinate colors that aren't actually there, like the cube on the left where you hallucinate blue squares, but they're all gray, it's because with this color temperature blue squares would look grey, your brain knows this, so you see them blue.
Get a color pícker when in doubt, the colors you perceive depend on the surrounding colors, you won't notice a red tint because your brain compensates for it.
