Its not that hard. I do gymnastics and calisthenics. Rings will make you strong and lean af. My diet is 90% scrambled eggs with lots of tomatoes onions some cheese and meats from chicken to beef. I also juice pineapples mix zinc and nac in the juice and eat the pulp with homemade yogurt.
