Well, I was just doing the same thing that was done in the study. When I was translating it, there was a mention that bags with herb extracts were applied each night for 3 days (Also the combined dosage of different extracts there was 10mg/ml, there was five different extracts so it is 2ml of each. If my memory is right and google translated it correctly to begin with.), so I figured out I would try the same thing. There is no point in short periods as I can see after the tests, so testing with longer periods of application.
Also, I somehow completely forgot that in the study they used 10ml. It feels kind pointless to do test with low doses like we did from this perspective but also there isn't this much of saw palmetto to test with.

My skin gets redder after I roll it and sometimes a few traces remain for a couple of days but I wouldn't really call it an irritation. These tiny red spots disappear quickly, there isn't a single one already and they are not itching, oh and also I noticed that it is not itching anymore when I apply the treatment. Maybe it is because I switched to mixing saw palmetto with hand cream instead of baby oil.
