Ondo just announced they are tokenizing treasuries on it and included it in their list of core networks in the org chart they released (others are Layer Zero, Aptos, SUI, Solana, Ethereum, and Bitcoin). SBI are launching their NFTs on it later this year. They are literally still being sued by the SEC and this is still true and could name many more.
