Do you actively choose whether or not to give your mental agreement/consent to every "you" or "we" etc. statement being received by your eyes/ears? This is how you maintain personal sovereignty and avoid letting others program you with suggestions and assumptions. Much of the time this is happening unconsciously, both the way people tend to speak/write, and your automatic unconscious absorbtion of limiting beliefs in this manner. Although certainly you can see how this can be used for manipualtive/malicious intent, and it can be as simple as repeating the same thing over and over again until it leaks into your subconscious without you realizing (many such a cases right here with reposted threads on /pol/).
One technique I like to use is: Whenever I am watching/listening to someone, whether in person, on TV, online, etc. I imagine that they are addressing an ampitheater audience situated amongst grassy hills, while I am lying in the grass or on a hammock somewhere off to the side, overhearing everything being communicated, but discerning what I resonate with rather than absorbing it all like a sponge. Yes, even when reading books, and seeing your demoralizing shitposts.

Yes. Now that I am free of all the intrusive sex/woman thoughts, and no longer waste precious time compulsively masturbating or thinking about masturbating and yearning for sex and love, I have so much time for reading and study, and can actually concentrate for hours on end and truly appreciate abstract thought in itself. You have no idea how bad the animal urges hold you back until you experience freedom from one. Now if only I could free myself from the physical need to eat and drink and piss and shit. That would be true ecstasy.
