As a young man (ages 16-28/30) your first priority should be your own actualization of your full potential and focus on women should be second if anything. What this means is that you need to make focusing on your own self improvement your number one goal right now. Studying hard and doing well in school, taking care of your health and working out, persuing hobbies that are fulfilling to you, lookmaxxing by finding your own style in clothes, hair styles ect.
If you do meet a girl at this point, she should be second nature to you behind yourself. This means that if you meet a girl and like her, and it comes down to you having to choose between her or your goals, you chose your goals.
The ironic thing is that with your state of mind of hyperfocusing on them, you are repelling them. No girl wants a whiney, moody faggot dude.
