So does that mean Commando and all that was nerfed? What's the best way to run a rifle now? I was doing aristocrat weapons and overeater armor with full health and no mutations. Not meta but it was fun from a roleplay perspective. I could at least squeeze out a lot of damage with maxed out commando cards+bloody mess+crit buffs. I also saw in the thread that +5 weapons are a thing now. How long does it take to get one of those? Can I upgrade my current +3s? I don't want to grind all that out again.
