Estrogen barely does anything. There's not a single documented example of someone getting HRT and suddenly turning into a super qt without prior dedication and efforts (gym, diet, fashion, make up, grace, mannerisms...)

Trans women take estrogen for the psychological effects, nothing else, and certainly none of that urban discord groomer legend of it being some kind of magical girl panacea.
