in Bioshock 1 rapture is designed like a mall, the interiors feel like they make sense as a "city underwater"
In Bioshock 2 rapture is designed like an actual city, you have retarded shit like fucking diners in industrial looking gas station areas and it does not work even a little. It just looks stupid.

Burial At Sea which people clowned on, again brings that rapture design back to its mall feel and vibe and its so much better than all of the bioshock 2 levels aesthetically.
