Pathserb is officially 6 months old!

I have corrected the ability to use water buckets in dungeons. The same option should disallow boats being placed, but doesn't seem to stop boats.

I've logged a new ticket for the claims dev and will see what the issue is.

In the meantime, shoutout to TsarVik, the guy is connecting the rail line to the far northwest while keeping the rails realistic and cozy. Big respect.
