If your budget is >$75 then no. SHP9500 or 9600 is okayish but that's still beyond your budget. KSC75 are pretty good but without the yaxi pads they're not very comfortable. Maybe look into something used?

Either get something with low THD like Aune AR5000 and just add a bass shelf or get a decent used planar like the Open Aeon or LCD2 Classic since those can do lower frequency bass than most subwoofers. Verum One is within your budget and can be EQ'd to a lot of bass but it's made by one guy and the wait time is 2 months or some shit.
