even if we give the drivers crackship levels of benefit of the doubt and say that they're doing that to cope with losing or whatever else and are allowed to get away with their behavior because muh emotions run high in the cockpit, trackside race engineers are supposed to be the voice of reason, guidance/encouragement, and/or tension/anger defuse-r to prevent their drivers from fucking up their constructors' championship prospects. they're not allowed to act as unprofessional as drivers, at the very least until the race ends.
