Not trying to be a contrarian but is all horror like this? I almost never watch the genre. I feel like I got baited hard. This was one of the worst movies I've ever seen. It wasn't spooky, the comedy was lazy and fucked with the tone of the movie. Genuinely surprised as what the audience was laughing at sometimes. There were some funny parts and the cinematography was actually good though.

When the one boy is the only one who doesn't go missing, it's obvious that he's involved in the source of the issue. And when Auntie shows up, the movie is solved but there's still like 40 min left. There was almost nothing entertaining about this.

The last time I watched a horror movie in theaters was The Conjuring in 2013. It was so bad that I swore to not pay for another horror movie. Silly me. Ironically, there was trailer for the new Conjuring.
