Australia doesn't have bombers that can reach China or America. Australia hasn't got any nuclear powered submarines and the ones Australia are getting is because America is holding Australia's hand. While Australia has no missiles that can reach all corners of the pacifc and even if Australia did have land based missiles they would be easily targeted by America and China who actually can afford nuclear deterrents.
