Unironically, wearing socks and covering with a light jacket in summer does protect me quite well from the sun and from getting burned if it's over 30-35°C. You gotta stay in the shadow and get cold baths. That shit gon feel like magic.

Wigga DON'T go out during peak sunlight hours, you can get UV rays and sun poisoning! Try to take your dog out on a walk during the early morning or in the late afternoon once the sun's not literally scorching the grass. Here in 'tina we have siesta hours specfically made to NOT burn our asses during peak sunlight hours in summer.
