Thoughts on this NAS build for a home media server?

Not mine, but identical usecase. Was going to copy most of it, but maybe size the case down from the Fractal 804 to the 304 (can't imagine a realistic scenario where I'd need 10 drive bays instead of just 6 with large drives), and bump the CPU if I need to transcode or run some one-off apps. Don't plan on running RAID since I'm not using it for backup, just storage, and could always redownload shit if I need to.
