It's a lot of things
1.she looks really bad because she has a frail and weak build with small shoes and tiny little hands. real tifa has bigger fists and shoes to emphasis her fighting.. and her legs and arms have a lot more meat.
2. She has really piss weak key poses with horrible pacing and no effort put into the charge up and impact.
3. Demake tifa also has no punch trails
4. KH2 and Dissidia had proper effects and tried to make her fists and feet actually make contact / communicate that they had stuck through in a defined arc.
5. Enemis lack appropriate knock back and camera shake, VFX and sound design is not used well.

the problem starts with nu-tifa exuding weakness. her re-design is pathetic and frail, even her new personality is weak and whiney.
and it ends with 7Rs animators just being shit and not knowing how to handle a brawler character.
they should have looked at BeatemUps, DMC with the Gauntlets, Streetfighter ect.
