In this section, the pharisees are questioning Jesus about whether divorce is ever permissible since apparently Moses says so under certain conditions in the Torah. Jesus says no (as in, morally it's always bad even if there are reasons for it or rules that allow it) the pharisees then go 'yeah but Moses said so' to which Jesus jokes 'he said that to make an exception to how hard-hearted you would be lol' the disciples, being dolts as usual, are then like 'damn, sounds like it'd be better to just go volcel and never marry at all then' Jesus then does this bit about eunuchs to make the point that most people can't live up to having happy marriages that don't end in divorce so they have to inflict being a eunuch on themselves because to get around failing to meet up to the high standard of being fit for married life. Jesus is literally saying 'yeah most men these days are so hopeless they'll go volcel and become eunuchs rather than try to get married because they'd end up divorced anyway lol'
