4 main party members with 5x recruitment rate ability, if possible equip each one with 3x ticket of invitation (or 1.5x). Use Talk 3x recruitment skill and 99% of monsters will throw themselves at you after battle. I remember few exception where I had to farm few monster a couple of times, but nothing too grindy.
