You're making the false assumption here that we can consistently heal, now we can't.
Not only that the next time we receive chip dmg is often worse than the first.

And there is no trading of blows, it is literally get hurt heal 1/3 of the dmg, get hurt by a bigger margin heal 1/6 of said dmg and it widens to the point you're fucking dead.
Healing is a non factor for Haven anyone mentioning it is idiotic.

Health is irrelevant anyway, the issue is we can't maintain a board state and we can't even provide chip dmg to the enemy, its a game of take dmg then nuke, take dmg then nuke, take dmg then nuke, take dmg then die.
