It's main niche is having decent DPS, ranged skills, and short CDs
Which makes it good for general questing and as a single-target farmer

Get it if you got membership or an extra bonus package, not worth for ACs

Legendary Hero wherever I need to support, especially for "invisible" bosses
Sentinel or Guardian for killing bosses, usually Guardian if there's people
AI, DragonLord, or Elemental Warrior depending on what I'm farming.

The problem with Elemental Warrior is that it needs endgame Forge to really shine
By the time you can get those enhancements, other classes perform similarly or better
Which is why you only see it mentioned for lategame progression or farming KPM
