Adam combines with Eve, as Eve is the "perfect" Andro-Eidos, and Adam is the perfect Naytiba/Human. They become the next stage of human evolution. Mother Sphere naturally doesn't like this, so she hijacks Lily's Providence robot to deal with you herself, robot loses, Mother Sphere congratulates you, but is still following her father Adam/Raphael Marks word, so she gives you one final test, and has the entire 8th Division attack, they lose. Super Human Eve continues the fight against Mother Sphere and becomes the protector of Xion

"Bad"
Fight Adam, Adam doesn't want to fight, transforms into the Elder Naytiba, he loses and turns into a skeleton (showing he was the last true human) as he dies. Mother Sphere picks you up, you return to the colony and during the trip see a entire armada of Mother's forces, ready to wipe out the entire planet again and start fresh. End
