yes, getting the achievements in NG+ is easy because everything adds onto it. if you were 80% of the way to maxed beta/health/weapon, you can get the remaining 20% in NG+ and it gives you the achievement still
same for cans, camps, data, boxes, etc. the only thing is the camps you still have to get every single one in the game, but if you were missing 3 when you went to NG+ as long as you get those exact 3 in NG+ you'll get the achievement. so i'd try to make sure you get all the camps on your first playthrough otherwise it's trial and error which ones you don't have
just make sure to do the optional area with Lily's bar on NG and don't miss any camps or enemies there, otherwise you'll be stuck doing NG++

the game was made primarily with the PS4 in mind(although the first version they started developing was the one for PC), which means they really didn't need to target more than 60fps, and even if they did, at the time most PC players did not have the latest and best GPU on the market(GTX 1080 and the likes), so there was really no reason to worry about reaching fps that most players on all platforms it released on could not achieve anyway.
Also, a lot of game mechanics are tied to fps, so even if the game works above 60, a lot of stuff is affected, like jump distance and jump height when using an upper slash, pod launch distance, etc.

In any case, yeah it's best to leave the fps at 60, it's likely you won't have any issue if you uncap the fps, but given that the risk of a softlock is always there, it's not worth it cause if it fails during certain sections, your last save can be even 30-40 minutes ago.

54 hours in and I'm finally done doing all side quests and collecting everything in eidos 7 and wasteland.
I can finally head to matrix 11. If matrix 11 and great desert is as long and annoying as the other two areas I will get bored and quit.

Also Lily makes it a big point that they truly cannot conceive a fully biological person is actually what normal humans looked like. When are we getting new maps, enemies, weathers, skills, hairs, ect? It's really short I got bored in 8 hours and nothing to do now.
