i'm gonna make an attempt at repairing the card because i have nothing to lose
i talked with a few people and they told me that it might be possible because manufacturers often add pointless PCB components so they can break faster
for example i found that this capacitor is shorted but it lies on a 12V power lane and what the hell can a 10µF capacitor stabilise when a card draws hundreds of watts
but i was also told that the easiest way to find problems is with a thermal camera and i can't afford one right now
