Because the manga is on hold for Toriyama's death and the rights dispute but Toei has been done with Super for years? They even sold the complete DBS series pack. Even if it "came back" it would be a new series like "Super 2", "Super Z" or something, but the Super anime is done bro, they never intended to make more episodes.
