No and no. I've never been approached by women or had my flirting reciprocated, in fact I've been treated like shit by most people in my life. I've come to the realization that I'm actually hideously ugly, likely the ugliest person people see during the day. Like, so ugly they remember it and talk about it, "you remember that ugly guy we saw the other day?" and stuff. It's not fun and I wish people could be nicer. It's not the 1850's anymore, we should've progressed further as a society than to give people a hard time just because of their looks.
