Gents what would be a reasonable secondhand (US) price for an Alienware Aurora R16?

eBay looks like $900~ but if anyone buys & sells regularly I'd appreciate any advice. I have no boxes but may be able to dig up an original receipt.

Backstory: Family friend passed away with no inheritors and people decided I'm the computer guy so it goes to me. I have a better mobo/CPU but I'd like to upgrade to a newer GPU with the money. (I have a gtx1080 & 7800x3d lmao)
