I would create this card:

>You can place it on the bottom of the deck from GY and then add a Dracotail card from deck or GY to hand.

Would this give literally every deck access to a turn 0 Altharion double bounce? Yes, but it would also go a long way in raising the prestige of the Dracotail archetype, plus it would even the playing field for decks without a turn 0 as we usher in a new era of turn 0 interactions. I seriously want this fucking shit to happen
