I dunno breath of fire 1 and 2 were an upgrade(new areas and much enhanced graphics), same with bahamut lagoon, metroid zero mission(extended version of metroid 1) and lufia(lufia 2 and 3 with some extras, way better than the psp vers).

Also the circle of the moon was an actual sequel to vampires kiss(It's hard, sort of possible, just like master system 2)...
