I take notes for my work and research. I don't go out of my way to take special notes for /k/ unless the thread itself is a bit of a project. For instance, russian hacks/leaks that require special preparation (sanitization, hosting, translation...) and separation from work.

Somewhat. I log every thread I make, retaining originals and edits of media plus the OP text. Sometimes I log particularly involved replies to others' threads.

Distraction from war work and the ability to boost the signal:noise ratio for things I find easy to post about, mostly.

1) I have grown to dread the large event/show threads. 2) I don't hate threads on new weapons, but I have ended my experiment in making lots of them because this was a counter to spam which no longer exists. The board doesn't need it anymore.

I use the archive every day that I'm posting. Lately I've been lurking desu for the purpose of curating good/interesting/fun/notable threads.
One of the main things I'd like to do first with a new wiki would be mining the good threads for collective knowledge and board lore that people have sorta forgotten about. Many have become doomers about the board having nothing of value, but it's all just sitting there.

I like exploring real-world /k/ media when I have time. Sometimes I post a gallery thread or two, but nowhere in proportion to what I have in my personal archives. I do not currently think much about *commercial* media -- films, animu, anything like that.
