Is this pan salvagable? It's carbon steel, I wanted to season it but I accidentally left it for 8 hours at 250C which left it covered in a huge layer of burnt oil. I subsequently boiled it in a large pot which got rid of most of the burnt oil but when boiling water in it it still gets a weird brown color and smells disgusting. Not sure what to do now.
