These "hide telemetry updates" lists don't really make sense anymore, ever since MSFT introduced the cumulative update model for earlier Windows systems in 2017-ish.
So if you are installing monthly rollups (which is what Windows Update offers), packages from these updates will already be bundled.
If you were aware, you could stick to installing security-only updates (non-cumulative) that you would download manually from the Update Catalog, but there was some instance when they included the telemetry components within them (accidentally or not, you be the judge), so it doesn't really make sense.
It makes sense if, for some goddamn reason, the update client somehow still offers updates mentioned in these lists, especially if you're the world's unluckiest bastard that had the GWX update offered. These updates either have been long superseded by these rollups, not plainly offered anymore or dormant ever since the year-round free upgrade offer expired, so you may just hide them.

Now, since I'm not some faggot that will tell you to suck it up and deal with it, you can still neutralize these components.
