Yeah always remember that in the USA (and now most W. European countries) the average IQ is dragged down severely by all the niggers and other assorted browns.
Of course, if your government prioritises 'diversity' over financial and military power (as the UK government does) the remaining high-IQ whites will be prevented from contributing, and probably leave to societies that actually value them.
