Waterfowl isn't "sort of bullshit", its the worst designed attack in the entire game. Not to mention half her attacks randomly give her special hyperarmor that makes her impossible to stance break. She's the ONLY boss in the game that does this. Even then, once you learn which moves give her the special hyperarmor, she would be an easy boss if not for her one absurd and retarded super-move.
All the DLC bosses were great besides Fagdahn. Rellana had lots of cool ways to space her attacks and was the best boss in the game. Messmer was pretty simple but was fun, basically a DS3 boss. The DLC overall had better bosses than the base game, people were just generally fatiguesd with the game's bullshit, and the DLC had bad levels.
