I have never felt satisfied with any other aspects of my life because I have no talents and is always the slowest in the group. (Lifelong imposter syndrome)
Exercising (and meditation) are the only hobbies where the opponent is myself, which made it into one of the hobbies that I feel proud of.
I am happy to exercise as long as I know that I am stronger than the version of me from yesterday.
