If i remember correctly some old Navy admiral tried the Jet sky suicide atack in a wargame scenario against and underdevloped middle eastern/Central Asian country (Iran) and managed to destroy atleast on carrier
He also communicated with High speed motorbikes and not digitaly so the us could not get any Inteligence on them and had no idea what they where doing
Ultimately they said no one would ever be so stupid and use suicide bombers and Using motorbikes is cheating so USA still won in the scenario
