If it let you download the roms it might be cool so that you don't need to go online with it all the time. The GBA form factor is fantastic, throw a good screen in there and it could be great. They need to add some more buttons though if you want Genesis games since the GBA only has 2 face buttons instead of 6. Even having 4 face buttons like the Chinese GBA knockoffs have is probably a good idea for the SNES games.
